At Yoga & Wellness with Wendy, my mission is to help you enjoy balanced daily movement to build or maintain muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. It is never too late, or early, in life to focus on combating the natural decline in bone density, muscle strength and endurance, as well as flexibility and balance, that we all encounter as we age. Starting young is much like building a financial retirement account long before you even think about needing it. Daily intentional movement is buying an insurance policy for your future self against injuries, weakness, and stiffness. Improvements can be made at any age!
In furtherance of my mission, I offer customized in-person and virtual private and small group yoga and strength, flexibility, and balance sessions, as well as customized workshops for your group of any size. And, as many of my clients will tell you, I strive to make your fitness journey fun! No serious, military style attitude here!
